1.  Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unworn, unwashed, or defective shoes within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise should include original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your goods if you intend to return them. Shoes will not be accepted where there are signs of wear on the sole. (We suggest trying shoes on carpet only).

How to return your shoes:
  1. Contact Us within 14 days of receipt by phone, post, fax or email and tell us your intention to return
  2. Please make a copy of the receipt that you will receive with your order. On the back of the copy of your receipt, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the copy of the receipt and notes with your item(s). Please ensure you provide us with proper return address and credit information.
  3. The goods must be in the same immaculate condition as they were received in - we cannot accept scuffed/worn-in/damaged goods. (We thus suggest you remain on carpet while trying shoes on).
  4. We will exchange the goods as requested, or should you wish to cancel your order, we will give you a full refund within 30 days of your cancellation unless your order was a custom work order.
  5. You have to pay the cost of returning the goods - we recommend registered/traceable and insured postage, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
  6. In the case of exchanges (e.g. for size changes) please note that although we ask you to bear the cost of postage back to us, we will pay for the postage of the replacement shoes to back to you. In this way we are, in effect sharing the cost of postage with you for any of your exchanges.
Please note that in the unlikely event of the goods actually being faulty or we have incorrectly fulfilled your order, we shall of course refund your postage in full. This must be agreed with us in advance.

2.  Shipping

We currently work with UPS and other international carriers for our deliveries worldwide. All our shoes are despatched using their services & customers can track their orders using our carriers’ online tracking systems.

We e-mail customers the tracking number (online link) so they can trace their orders shipping progress throughout the world.

Delivery Times
Local orders (Spain) are normally delivered next day from date of despatch.
Orders to be delivered to other European countries normally take 3-6 days from date of despatch.
Rest of the Word shipments normally take 6-8 days from date of despatch.

3.  Customs & TAX

Please note that orders from NON-EEC countries have 16% tax deducted at source when you select the country of delivery on our site. Customers may incur some small Duty or Tax payment on delivery depending on your countries import laws. (This is not Scalpers responsibility). This is paid to UPS on delivery as they are responsible for managing the pass through customs

In the event of replacements or repairs being sent to non- EEC countries NO duty is normally charged at the receiving end.

4.  Secure Web Site Transactions

Ordering through our web site uses advanced SSL technology and is secure. We use industry standard 128 bit SSL secure server technology to keep all the details you send over the internet safe. Scalpers may contact you bank & the relevant authorities if we suspect any card details or transaction to be fraudulent. This may delay orders but is carried out in the interest of Scalpers & the genuine card holder.

5.  Privacy - copyright and database rights

The privacy of our customers is important to us and we take care to safeguard it. This policy explains how we use your personal information.

The information we collect via this website may include any personal details you type in and submit, such as name, address, email address, etc.

Data which allows us to recognise you, your preferences and how you use this website. This saves you from re-entering information when you return to the site. This data is collected by cookies from your navigation around the site.

Your IP address (this is your computer’s individual identification number that is assigned to your computer when connected to the Internet) which is automatically logged by our web server. This may be used to anonymously note interest in our website and to identify orders that appear abnormal (i.e. multiple credit card numbers being used) in order to identify the source of fraudulent orders.

Any personal information we collect from this website will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws. The details we collect will be used to process your order and to provide after-sales service.
